The society will take up health and family welfare programmes as are approved by WHO and adopted by the Government of India and  Government of Himachal Pradesh. Under this the HCN undertake different works, like, establishing dispensaries, clinics and pharmacies, carrying out immunization programme, blood donation camps, free medical aid, help in the national health programme for TB, Leprosy, AIDS and Cancer, organizing eye-camps, propagating family planning programmes, spreading awareness on sexually transmitted diseases, cleanliness, maternity help and check-up of women.

HEALTH IMPROVEMENTS

With the increase in access to sanitation facilities and hygiene education, there has been a marked reduction in waterborne diseases and infections.

ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS:

The programs have contributed to cleaner environments with reduced open defecation and better waste management practices, leading to healthier and more sustainable communities.
